Welding Department

Services Available Include:

-         Shop welding machines.  Capabilities include stick, wire, and heliarc.

-         Plasma arc cutting machine.

-         Track burner.

-         Automatic wire feed equipment for build up of worn pulleys, shafts, etc.

-         Annealing equipment to re-throat alloy sheaves.

-         Complete propeller shop capacity including measuring, welding, and balancing tools for props up to 90” diameter.

-         Diesel driven portable welding machines.

-         Standard of the industry welding shop equipment such as blowers, gas analyzers, grinders, etc.

-         Two one-ton service trucks with diesel welders and burning gear.
