Standard rates apply to work performed during normal business hours, 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Premium rates apply to work performed on Sunday and on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Labor that is subject to the Davis-Bacon wage schedule is charged at a negotiable rate per contract to compensate for the additional costs of labor, employee benefits, and administration.

A minimum charge of one hour each applies to diver and standby diver labor where the actual “time down” may be less than one hour.  Repeated dives on a single job within a four-hour period are subject to only a single one-hour minimum charge should the cumulative “time down” be less than one hour for all the dives within that four-hour period.

Depth premium applies to dives that exceed 50 feet. The rate is based on depth measured from the surface to the deepest level per dive, per diver.  This surcharge is:

              51’ to 100’…………………$2/ft from surface

            101’ to 150’…………………$3/ft from surface

Important Note:

For purposes of customer convenience, foremen may provide job costing information and non-binding estimates.  Actual price quotes or Not-To-Exceed estimates are applicable only when provided in writing and signed by Dan Magone.

The Dive Supervisor or his designee will have full and final authority as to the safe conduct or feasibility of any dive operation.

Daily time sheets, material usages, and equipment rental charges will be available by 5 PM of the following day.

Rates for personnel, boats, equipment, and materials will be billed at the rates shown in this Services Offered unless specified otherwise in a written, signed contract or until an updated Services Offered supersedes this one.  A current price list is always available upon request.
