    Our business has developed over the years to meet the repair, maintenance, and emergency needs of the industries operating in the marine environment of Western Alaska.  These industries include fishing, fish processing, marine transportation, construction, site remediation, and offshore oil exploration.  Magone Marine is outstanding in the diversity of its capabilities and the high level of professionalism and expertise that can be brought to the repair, salvage, and oil spill response needs of our customers.  We have a history of 31 years continual experience in the ship repair business and have operated in Dutch Harbor since 1978.  Magone Marine has a track record of successfully coordinating with other companies in joint ventures and other contractual arrangements as situations or customer preferences require.
